Two times Eric Marc Ruthman lied about stage 4 cancer. Twice. The sad part is, people bought it. Because honestly, who would lie about cancer once, then twice? Sick, evil, manipulative people. Like Eric M. Ruthman. People who get off on sympathy. lied through his teeth to people who LEGITIMATELY HAD CANCER. Why? That’s the illness. . . the sickness of lying. . . the sickness of manipulating. . . the sickness of FAKING CANCER. Faking the effects. Faking the treatments. Fighting in solidarity with friends who were fighting their own REAL battles with cancer. Crying to everyone who would listen “my wife left me because I have stage 4 brain cancer!” And who wouldn’t believe E. M. Ruthman? I believed. So many others believed. Until it became obvious, ERIC M. RUTHMAN WAS FAKING CANCER. DISGUSTING. DESPICABLE. DERAINGED. Shaved his hair to make it all the more believable. Told so many varying stories about being at death’s door. But ERIC M. RUTHMAN HAD NO SUCH ILLNESS. NEVER HAD STAGE 4 BRAIN CANCER. NEVER HAD STAGE 4 PANCREATIC CANCER. People who prey on sympathy are simply sick. . . MENTALLY SICK.
