Unfortunately people like Eric Marc Ruthman exist. And their main goal is getting over on you, or worse. It could happen to the smartest person on the planet. Why? Because we trust. We’re human. We want to believe people are basically good. But, if you watch shows like Dr. Phil, “The Con” series with Whoopi Goldberg, “Dirty John“, “Good on Paper“, “The Widower” series on Dateline, your eyes WILL open. There are evil, disgusting men and women out there who aren’t designed to care. They use “honesty is the best policy” as a doormat. They will use and abuse anyone or anything they come into contact with that can put money in their pockets without having to work for it. They simply see you as “prey”. They’re smart. They’ve been doing their lying and conning forever for them. It’s second nature, or probaby their first nature. They’re always “out of pocket” because of someone else’s error. Kind of like, my dog ate my wallet. Nah, they never had a wallet because their hands are always in someone else’s. Be smart. . . if you come into contact with E. M. Ruthman or any of his “creations” such as Mercer Oleander. . . RUN. Run and don’t look back.
